Serpentine collects no personal data. There are no accounts, no ads, no tracking, and no third-party analytics SDKs. Your save lives on your device.
Your game progress (snakes, eggs, album, settings) is stored locally on your device and never leaves it. Deleting the app deletes the save.
In-app purchases are processed entirely by Apple's App Store (or Google Play on Android). We never see or store your payment details. Purchase receipts are verified on-device through the platform's own billing system.
The current version sends no analytics. If a future update adds anonymous usage counts (such as "a hatch ceremony was completed"), they will use a random install identifier that is not linked to you, will contain no personal information, and this policy will be updated first.
Local notifications (eggs ready, feeding reminders) are optional, off by default, scheduled on your device, and involve no server.
Serpentine is a fictional creature-collecting game rated for ages 9+ and collects no data from anyone, children included.
